Does LNI carry stock?
Given the nature of most of our clients and their individual production and labeling requirements, LNI carries little to no stock of items. We do, however stock a certain amount of stock samples for pre-order quality approval.

Can we order specialized packaging?

Absolutely, you can have specialized packaging. MOQs and production time may change depending on product. We will design or use your design specs to your qualification. The design and language must follow and conform to/with any and all laws and regulations including, but not limited to copyright, trademark, labeling, import, sales, etc.

What is the production time of any particular product?

How do we find out if our order has shipped?
You should receive an email letting you know that your product has shipped, how it was shipped, and when it is scheduled to arrive.

What are the payment terms?
Our payment terms are usually Prepaid 30% deposit with balance prior to shipment, L/C, or t. All payment terms are dependtent upon positive credit analysis.
